ALL WELCOME. No experience necessary. You will come away confident and comfortable at learning life enhancing skills which will enrich your life and health. You will have a relaxing, enjoyable time. You can come on your own or bring a friend/s.
With classes where you work in a pair, I will give a demonstration and then talk you through giving and receiving a session. I look forward to working with you.

Loose comfortable clothes that are easy and comfortable to stretch in. You may get warm so layers work best. I look forward to working with you.

ALL CLASSES: No experience necessary. All welcome. Anyone can learn these simple skills. This is a relaxing, rewarding way of spending time. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn simple techniques and life skills. Massage and healing are fantastic skills to have as you can work on yourself, friends and family. We each have the natural capacity to learn these age old techniques to heal ourselves and family and friends.
In massage classes I give a demonstration and then I will take you though giving and receiving a treatment. I give you notes which you can add too. Come on your own and work with someone in the group or come with a friend. Make it a date with your best friend, family member, husband, wife or romantic other. People are often surprised how enjoyable, relaxing and natural it feels to give a massage.
Receiving a treatment is also fantastic as we have hungry skin and our bodies are longing for some care.

'CROSSING THE BRIDGE' - IMPROVE ALL YOUR RELATIONSHIPS. LEARN NEW COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Based on the work of ‘Hedy Schleifer’ - google her name on You Tube. You can book a session with me with your wife, husband, best pal or your children to turn good relationships into deeper closer ones. It is great for all parents and teachers. Each of our relationships lives not inside each person but in the space between each other. Our children grow up in the space between us. This work is called ‘crossing the bridge’ and teaches you to turn conflict into connection – conflict dissolves rather than resolves. We learn to nourish the space between us rather than pollute it.
The above workshop. Great for EVERYONE esp. for a healthy brain. One person with these skills can change any of their relationships. You will also learn to feel much more comfortable with conflict & difficult feelings. You will learn to ‘mirror others in their times of conflict worry, fear, sadness or anger.
In this class you do not need to share anything that feels uncomfortable. You will learn to ‘cross the bridge’ and 'mirror' what the other is saying. New brain research shows our brain is the only organ which regulates itself outside the body. We have an elastic, relational brain so we need other brains to ‘mirror’ us to fully develop and be who we are meant to be. This is contrary to popular belief that we should sort things out on our own. If we don’t have other brains to mirror us our brain shrinks! As we are all living longer and longer we don’t want to be dribbling in a chair in our old age.
In our relationships the unspoken, sometimes difficult feelings are in the space between us even though we believe we don't show them. Often we don’t know how to share difficult feelings safely even with those we are closest to. These feelings can include anger, hurt, resentment and disappointment which can build up in the space between a couple or family members. When we try to hide these feelings from those we love we will end up withdrawing even the loving feelings. The space between a couple is the space which the children occupy and grow up in, so it is important to attend to the quality of this space.
'Crossing the bridge' is not based on blaming, shaming or sharing anything you don’t want to. It is about learning that conflict is your friend and an opportunity to grow. It is about understanding and teaching
couples, parents and children to find a safe way of communicating even the difficult feelings. This heals
the space and reconnects us to each other, so the space becomes safer, loving and warm. This new space is a space you want to live in, grow in and learn in.

MINDFULNESS. MEDITATION. GENTLE STRETCHES. ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE.
The workshop: Learn to Be. Learn to be fully in your whole body, in the present, aware of your senses and your feelings. You will feel calmer, more grounded, richer and more delightful. There is a whole inner world which is rich, alive and potentially wise. Often we are holding our breath, tightening our muscles and our attention is in our thinking which is usually in the future or the past. This is exhausting as we become numb and we are wishing our lives away. We usually have no idea what are own body is communicating, so how can we know who we are or what we might need. A must for those who wish to be more aware, more relaxed and who wish to enjoy their lives more fully and richly. You will learn some of these techniques in yoga.

MASSAGE & HEALING REFLEXOLOGY CLASSES: No experience necessary. All welcome. Anyone can learn to give a wonderful, soothing massage. This is a relaxing, rewarding way of spending time with someone you love or a dear friend. Everyone has a great time. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn these simple techniques. Massage and healing are important life skills to have. We each have the natural capacity to learn these age old techniques to heal ourselves and family and friends.

Come on your own and work with someone in the group or come with a friend. Make it a date with your husband wife or romantic other. People are often surprised how enjoyable and relaxing it is to give a massage as well as to receive.

HEAD MASSAGE including face and neck. You can book an individual treatment with me. A good head massage is divinely relaxing as we all get so busy in our heads. Each point on the face relates to different parts of your body. Great to give and wonderful to receive. We all build up so much tension in the face, eyes and neck which can be easily eased to aid a greater feeling of well being.

BACK MASSAGE - including shoulders, neck, arms & hands. You can book an individual treatment if you are struggling with back or joint pains. We only get pain in joints where the circulation is poor from: over use: wrong use or injuries. In a treatment I also offer remedial exercises.
Massage classes. We all at some point struggle with tension in the back, shoulders and neck so to be able to relieve the pain and tension with confidence will make you everyone’s best friend. This is a wonderful skill to have and share with those you love.

REFLEXOLOGY – Feet and Hand massage. You can also book a reflexology treatment with me. The body is ‘mirrored’ in specific areas in the feet. These ‘reflex points’ are diagnostic of our bodily health and a treatment can show you the areas in your body that need healing. Through gently massage of these very specific points over active areas in the body relax and sluggish areas are stimulated, thus restoring health to the whole body and its systems. It is also helpful for infertility, strokes, balancing digestive disorders. This is wonderfully soothing, relaxing & body balancing. Reflexology is such a simple and effective technique. It is also great for relaxing and healing friends and family. You can use it to heal your own body by working on your own feet and hands. Self practised daily this is such an effective way of healing symptoms your symptoms. And as a preventive against illness to keep your body strong and healthy.

HEALING. REIKI. VISUALIZATION - Including absent healing, colour healing & therapeutic touch. You can book an individual treatment with me. We all have the capacity to heal ourselves and others with these techniques. We can use these techniques for our own health and with our friends when they are unwell, or as a preventive against illness. Our body is energy and matter. When our body’s energy systems get blocked through stress or poor physical, mental or emotional habits, then these can eventually turn into a physical, emotional or mental illness.
